BookingWarden watches the iCal links between Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com and alerts you the moment a booking fails to sync, while there's still time to fix it.
No app to install. No login to your platforms. One text when it breaks, one when it's fixed.
A broken, revoked or stale link just stops updating. The platform shows nothing. You find out from a guest.
Airbnb and Vrbo pull each other's calendars every few hours. A booking in that gap is a double booking waiting to happen.
They fix this by replacing everything you do, for a monthly fee per listing. You just need to know when the link breaks.
No app, no login to your platforms, no changes to how you manage bookings. BookingWarden only needs the calendar export links you already use to connect the platforms to each other.
The same iCal export URLs from Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com that you pasted into each other's settings. One set per listing.
Every few minutes we fetch each feed, compare the calendars against each other, and track how long each platform takes to mirror a booking.
And one when it's fixed. No daily digests, no dashboards to check. Silence means everything is in sync.
Each one is checked on every fetch. Each one has a clear message that says which listing, which platform and which dates.
A reservation on one platform that hasn't shown up as blocked on the others within the expected import window. This is the alert that prevents double bookings.
Two paying guests holding the same night on different platforms. You hear within minutes, not at check-in, with the dates and both platforms named.
A calendar link that has stopped returning a calendar: revoked, expired, or erroring. Confirmed over several checks so a platform hiccup never wakes you up.
One double booking costs a refund, a relocation, a bad review and a weekend. Priced per listing so it scales with you, not against you.
Or $5 per listing, month to month. Either way, never more than $39 a month however many listings you have.
The first 100 hosts on the early access list pay half price on every listing, for as long as they stay. $24 a listing per year, cap included. Whatever we charge later, your rate never changes.
Get early accessThe first 100 founding hosts pay half price on every listing, for life. One email when we open, nothing else.
No. A channel manager replaces how you manage listings, pricing and messaging, and takes over the connection between platforms. BookingWarden leaves everything exactly as it is and watches the links you already have.
No. You paste the calendar export links, the same ones you used to connect the platforms to each other. We never see your account, your guests' details or your payouts.
Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and anything else that exports an iCal link, including Google Calendar and most direct-booking sites.
Feeds are checked every few minutes. A dead link is confirmed within about 30 minutes. A booking that hasn't propagated is reported as soon as it has been missing longer than the platform's normal import delay, typically a few hours, well before a conflicting booking can be made.
No. Each problem produces one message when it starts and one when it clears. If nothing is wrong, you hear nothing.
No, and nothing can without your platform login. What it does is turn a silent failure into a two-minute fix: re-paste the link in the platform's calendar settings and you're done.
